General
The SI MARES website (hereinafter: “the site”) is an online store selling swimwear and beachwear. Use of the site and making purchases are subject to the terms set out in these Terms of Service. Browsing and using the site constitute full acceptance of these terms.
Orders & Sales
- An order is considered complete only after payment approval and receipt of an order confirmation from the store.
- The store may cancel an order in the event of out-of-stock items, a pricing error or suspected misuse, while refunding any payment made.
- Product images are for illustration only; there may be color differences between the screen display and the actual product.
Prices & Payment
Prices on the site are stated in New Israeli Shekels and include VAT. Payment is made via the payment methods shown on the site, through a secure payment provider.
Shipping & Delivery
Products are shipped via a courier service to the customer’s door. The maximum delivery time is up to 10 business days from order confirmation. Full details of the shipping policy and shipping fees appear on the Shipping & Returns page.
Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges
You may cancel a purchase and return a product within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations, provided that the product is new, unused and with the original tag and hygiene sticker. For hygiene reasons, swimwear whose hygiene sticker has been removed cannot be returned. The full terms, including a cancellation fee as permitted by law, appear on the Shipping & Returns page.
Age Restriction
Making a purchase by credit card on the site is permitted only to users aged 18 and over. This restriction applies to making a purchase by credit card, not to browsing and using the site itself.
Intellectual Property
All content on the site — including images, texts, videos, logo and design — is the exclusive property of SI MARES. It may not be used in any way without prior written permission.
Liability & Limitation of Liability
We make every effort to present accurate and up-to-date information, but errors may occur. The store’s liability is limited to the actual order amount and does not extend to indirect or consequential damages. The company and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage caused as a result of using the service and/or the product purchased on the site.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
על תקנון זה יחולו דיני מדינת ישראל בלבד. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל מחלוקת נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל אביב–יפו.
