Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated delivery time: up to 10 business days from order confirmation.
- Free shipping on orders over ₪300. Orders below this amount are charged a shipping fee of ₪20.
- Delivery is available throughout Israel via a door-to-door courier service.
- Delivery times exclude weekends and holidays, and may be delayed during peak periods or sales.
Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations, you may cancel a purchase and return a product within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be returned new and unused, with the original tag and hygiene sticker.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear whose hygiene sticker has been removed cannot be returned.
- On cancellation, payment will be refunded less a cancellation fee as permitted by law (up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower), where applicable.
- The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or does not match the order.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
Received a defective, incorrect or mismatched product? Contact us within 14 days and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
